So, inspector showed up about 3pm. Yay!
Anyway, I didn't specify electrical, so *that* person is coming Monday morning. It's all crap, of course, I said I wanted the first round of inspections including framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Anyway, I got Framing and "mechanical" out of the way successfully. Passed with no comment, just a pretty basic inspection quickly over with. I didn't bother to ask too many questions about why he didn't say anything about the plumbing, since he sat there staring at the bathroom wall with the plumbing in it...
What-EVUH!
