Happy Thanksgiving!

Giving t'anks!

This entry is in two parts this morning, this part being the written portion.

First, just wanna throw out a few grateful thanks for our good fortunes this year.

In the past, I never would have given thanks for having medical bills of $5000, but the past few years have proven this to be a thankfully low number... ;-)

Okay, enough with the sillyness, onto the real stuff. We've actually had no super-serious health issues, and that has made 2006 an easier year to enjoy.

Max and Liam have grown and grown. Max learned to ride his bike this Spring and just learned to ski this Fall.

Liam learned to talk and really took off with that whole business.

I learned a bit more patience and learned that we can go to Ireland for a week and leave the kids in the kindly care of the grandparents. And that everyone would enjoy the arrangement!

I also learned that I could build out a basement. Wow. Didn't think I had it in me. Ya never know 'til you screw up a few walls how interesting the handy trades can be.

Not sure what Fuzzy learned. She was too busy working, doing creative projects, putting together her first knitted scarf, painting, building a Bat Cave wall, and.... well, we all get the idea. She was a busy grrl!

Anyway, nothing profound today, just enjoying the morning with the kids running around, although now it's time for Nespresso, for which I also give T'anks!
